My passion is getting myself and my clients as healthy as possible so we can all enjoy doing the things we love, stay as active and mobile as we can be, for as long as possible.

I’m always striving to improve my knowledge and skills so I can give my clients the edge when it comes to better health, a stronger more flexible body, improved energy levels and a clearer, more focused mind.
I’m a big believer that whatever the mind can conceive, it can achieve.

So what sort of clients train with Richard?
My clients are a mix of men and women from 21 – 85 years old.
I work with people who:​
- want maximum results from a focused program, whether that be weight​
training, steady state cardio or high intensity intervals.​
- want to optimise their nutrition to build muscle, burn body fat and​
ultimately get in better shape.​
- want to improve their energy levels, sleep and mental wellbeing.​
- want to have fun training.

I have clients at all levels of physical competency and capacity. From beginners to athletes, and people in good health to those recovering from major procedures like hip and knee replacements or open heart surgery. No matter what your situation or training history, it’s never too late to start or make a change.

I particularly love working with people over forty. The results we can achieve can be dramatic. Inspiring my clients to train smart and enjoy the process so it becomes a lifelong habit that improves the quality of their lives is one of the best parts of my job.
